How long will it take for you to complete my order?
3-5 Business days is the average, but completion time varies based on the quantity ordered.

What is the best file format for submitting a document for printing?
Usually a PDF that is print ready.

What are the different grades of paper?
Gloss/Coated, Matte/Dull, Text or Cover

What is a proof and why is it needed?
A proof is the first printed copy of your order, and is used for approval purposes.

What are the standard sizes for postcards?
4 x 6 or 5.5 x 8.5 inches

What are the standard sizes for brochures?
11 x 17 folded to 8.5 x 11 inches

What are the standard sizes for flyers?
8.5 x 11 inches

What are the standard sizes for business cards?
3.5 x 2 inches

How closely will the finish product match what I see on my computer?
All monitors display a slight color variation. This is why a press proof is suggested.

What is the shipping process?
We ship UPS or FEDEX and the delivery timeframe is determined by the client’s request.

What if I want to change something after I’ve placed my order?
Revisions are possible before approval / printing.

Do you have templates to help me correctly design my project?
No, but we offer graphic design services.
